The existence of PipeCam is justified by its value adding services. PipeCam conducts closed circuit TV surveys in pipe lines, cleans & unblocks pipe lines with high pressure equipment, locates pipelines, introduces fat trap management systems and acts as an agent for the manufacturers of environmentally friendly Fat, Oil and Grease (FOG) Management Systems and Leak Detection Equipment.

The Mission of PipeCam is to conform in its services and products to Client requirements. This takes place on financial and a risk management levels. The conversion of unexpected and usually high variable cost into much lower fixed cost in line with an accurate budget, implicates controlled mitigation of risks at a predictable lower cost rate. PipeCam can assist its clients in obtaining lowered insurance premiums and then utilise this financial advantage to fund a fixed cost maintenance program wholly or partially.

The Equipment utilized by the Company originates from Germany, Switzerland, the UK and the USA and represents some of the best hardware and software available on the market. In terms of potential concurrent companies, the service level provided by PipeCam is in a totally different class than an individual trying to resolve a problem with a mechanical rod, not knowing the actual content and cause of the problem.

PipeCam plays a key role in backing up its clients at the time when it counts most: Handovers and Risk Management. Prior to Handover of a project, PipeCam can do a full independent Baseline Assessment and certify the installation with a Certificate of Compliance to National SANS and Local Authority By-Laws. When a client enters into a longer term service level agreement with PipeCam, unexpected variable costs are eliminated and substituted with pre-planned fixed cost in line with cash flow planning and optimised management processes.

PipeCam send out trained Teams consisting of a Supervisor (Usually a qualified plumber that can liaise with clients on a limited scale), a Licensed Operator (Licensed to operate the motorised equipment) and a trained Assistant (Usually trained as Safety Officer). In effect the lowest ranking individual has the right to stop any work to commence if the conditions represent unmitigated unsafe conditions or acts. The Company also subscribes to the adhering to all laws and shall under no circumstances participate in any unlawful act or activity.
